I love my Fossil purse but it's bulky and stuff tends to end up in the bottom of it. It was heavy when I picked it up today, so I decided to dump it out to see what was in there...and it occurred to me that it would make a really good archaeological dig.



Here's some of what was in it:

.35 in nickles
.21 in pennies

No wonder my purse was heavy with all that stuff in it!
(.....and by the way, why have I never before noticed that there is a quarter for American Samoa? Surely there must be quarters for Puerto Rico and Guam that I've never seen?)

That's the way that I wish my purse would be. I try not to carry too much but somehow it just seems to build up.

Today, besides the usual stuff, I also had a book, three magazines, a bottle of water, a bottle of orange selter, my lunch bag, and a big antique glass candleholder (I just bought it). All of that added up to a purse that weighs a ton!
