Losing weight.

I'd like to lose 5 to 7 kg in one week. I have an average weight btw.

Do you know how? I heard there is this cracker and cheese diet. Any recs are greatly appreciated.

Just consider please that nutricionists and doctors are out of the question as of now. No diet pills. And I'm not into salads and eating fruits. (very complicated reason) However, drinking fruits (any fruits), eating vegetables and going to the gym are definitely doable.

If I'm not allowed a bit of chocolate or ice cream for one week, I'll do it.

I just need to lose that amount of weight and then I'll mantain a proper diet so I don't gain any weight. Otherwise why losing it in first place.

Why I have to do this now? Well, otherwise I'll never do it. It's my goal of next week.

Eat a banana for break, an apple for lunch and a fruit salad for dinner, drinking only water and be sure to run 75 miles a day.

I mentioned a no fruits policy. But that water part can be arranged in an instant. I LOVE water. Maybe I'll just drink water all day, no meal nothing.. just water. Great idea!

I was distracted by nothing the first time i read it, sorry.

Definately drink a large glass of water before eating any meal, it'll fool you into thinking your full, thereby eating less. Get carrot sticks and eat those all day.

Don't diet. If you do, you'll find that when you get back to eating usually, you'll balloon back up.

Exercise and eat healthy, drink lots of water. Cut down on fatty foods and sweets.

That's what I recommend.

She can't do that, she'd still need to be active. If your body only requires 200 calories due to inactivity, it'll only try to burn 200 calories. Up the activity and maintain small portions of whatever you eat, the carrot stick idea allows for the healthy, the tasty and the maintaining of digestive activity while in the midst of minimal actions at any given time.

Here's another way to loose 7 pounds in 5 seconds. Cut off your head.

Okay.

Yes, some heads are bigger than others. But if she's at a normal weight it stands to reason that her head would be a normal weight too.

Could be a pumpkin headed freak.

Liposuction would drop ya some fast weight too. Or those things, the drinks that clean ya out. I don't know what they are called, puts ya in the can for awhile, but it empties all the extra stuff from your D-track.

5 to 7 kg in one week ? That's one hell of a challenge. I honestly don't think it can be done in a healthy way. Then again I was googling and saw something like lose 4kg in 8 days sooo...
7kg just sounds huge. Hah I'd be happy if I lost 7kg in a year.
