I didn't think it could ever be meant literally. 'Til now.
Perusing through the smilie list, my gaze fell upon this icon.  Without talking about anything too sexual on here, I will just say it's ambiguous. __________________

What I really love is the attempt to gender the two "blobs" by making one girly pink and the other a masculine orange - so, of course, they must be heterosexual... __________________
