So, I've never heard this album or any of the songs, but I just wanted to know what everyone thought of it. Maybe recconmend some songs...

Oooh, Origin's a very good "album". My fave songs are Anywhere, Lies and Even In Death. I'm actually not even sure if Lies is on there. I've never really known what songs were actually on the album. The older versions of some of the "Fallen" songs have different lyrics, like Imaginary, Whisper (I think so, I'm not 100% sure) and Haunted. If you have the time, you should have a listen.

I have a burned copy of this cd. Actually, the band encourages fans to download this cd rather than buy it. Altho, you can't "buy" it anywhere other than Ebay, and most are fakes anyway.

Hm, I don't know the songs off the top of my head, but there's a pretty good version of My Immortal on it!

Field Of Innocence! One of my favourite songs in general, and probably the favourite on this album. Anywhere, too. Oy, the prettiness.

Field Of Innocence & Exodus are two wonderful songs...and listening to them you can really here alot of the same wonderful style from Fallen, but IMHO the quality of the songs (not couting the ones that did end up on Falling) are a little more raw edged.

My favourite is Anywhere.
I love "Origin" and hate it that they don't play the songs from this album live. I'd love to hear Anywhere played live.

They don't sound worse IMO as opposed to less mainstream and a bit more gothy (esp some of the background noises). I really think they should release it again, because with how well Evanescence are doing, it would definately sell well.

I totally agree. I've heard of people wanting to have it but they can't find it on stores.

I really like 'Origin'. Do you know, in primary version 'Origin' have two songs : 'Listen to the rain' and 'Demise'? But good, that 'Origin' is finished 'Eternal'. 'Origin' it causes impression compact integrity. I really like 'Anywhere' and 'Eternal', but all songs on 'Origin' are wonderful. I love this album.

Love,

I know, me too! That'd totally make my day. "Anywhere" is such an R&J type of song that it's hard not to love it! It's a sweet song.

I haven't even seen any artwork from this album. Does anyone have it? Does it even exist?
I wished they would re-release it.

I know there is a site out there that has it. I just can't remember which one! ><;; If I do come across it, I'll definitely post the link for it.

When I have more time, I'll try to look for the artwork. I'm just curious to see what it looks like.
lost lullaby: if you find it first, I hope you share it with us.
