Ok Steve, could you please close the last thread now.

The rules for voting is the same as the final round on the last survivor.

Your will vote for a song to want a save and to lose.

So a vote might look like this:

Save: Song #?
Lose: Song #??

You may vote on 2 different posts (but to be reminded there is no double posting) but if the round finishes before you use your vote, that is your loss.

But how are the votes counted? For example, you have both voted to lose #5......what if I vote to save that song?

Then since "Lose" is a negative and "Save" is a positive, currently #5 is on -2, but if you were to save it, it would become -1.

What ever has the lowest number vote will be out. Also, say a song got 2 loss votes and 2 save votes and it ends up on 0. That song would be disqualified even if another got no votes (which is 0) as that one had been voted to lose.

Do you get the system?? It's a little complicated.

If we encounter any real problems we can change this system, but I think it will work.

The old system left us with lots of ties, I think this one will avoid that.

You're right it is much better cos it should avoid as many ties

I vote To save #4. (just in case anyone has a moment of madness and votes Lithium off first

If you have any problems just ask! You might help me improve it, but I think it is ok atm.

And yeah, that was my idea of changing it

I know, I hope no-one else has a moment of maddness either
