Michael Vartan - Michaels family

I didn't knew where to post this so I opened up a new Thread. Some of you showed interest in what Michael's family members are up to. His cousin David soon will release a new album called Satellite. The first single will be Le Défi and you can see the clip on Universal. Click "Haut Debit" for high quality and "Bas Debit" for low quality.

Yeah, Satellite will be his third french album. He used to sing english before he finally release his first french album in 1999. Here are two pics from Davids wedding in June.

Next to David on stands his mother Sylvie Vartan with her husband Tony Scotti. Davids and Michael granny is sitting on the right.

David is Michael cousin not his brother.

Michaels dad was Davids moms brother. Actually Eddie (Michaels father) worked for RCA and got Sylvie into business. BTW, David release an album shortly after Michaels dad died. In the personal note David writes: Ce disque est dédié [..] et également a EDDIE VARTAN qui reste présent a tout moment dans mon coeur.

Guess you get what he wrote even without any french skills.

Because of Michael I got interested in Davids music and in his family. The first time I heard a couple of songs from David I didn't exactly liked them. In spring I gave his music a second chance I soon I found a lot of songs I really love to hear. His music in the 80th is a lot different from what his doing now, but one of my favorite songs is back from that time.

dont worry Jen if i wasn't half French i would have no idea about Varty's family, but thankfuly i am and whenever there's and interview with Sylvie Vartan or Johnny Hallyday or David Charvet i have to watch it

but i dont really like David's music

Sylvie Vartan has new album out (i think).
Well Johnny Hallyday was on TV in France practically everyday

especially on New Years Eve when theres always a look on the years best songs. David Hallyday also just released a song but i dont know what its called.

When i have more time i'll get more info of my cousin
