Sorry for the lack of pretty, guys! But umm, I HAD to start this thread tonight. These two? Owned the episode for me. I can't even begin to say...

I've always floved Haley/Skills. I've kind of thought that these two are characters who were very likely to have been friends, given the whole RC connection, and all of that good stuff. We've only seen glimpses of them, and every.time.. I've loved it. The hostage episode? When he threw Marcus up against the wall? LOVE. LOL. Any of their interactions like that, but tonight? They stole my heart.

Their interaction was so real. I totally believed that they were friends, and they bring such a great chemistry and dynamic to the friendships on this show. I loved how they could be real, and honest, and non-judgmental, and trust each other, but also still have fun, and joke around, and be light hearted, too.

I love that Haley can let her guard down, and he listens to her, and I love that we get to see the side of him with Haley that is more than just Skills.. Star basketball player or always joking, and that we see the depth to his character. I loved all of what they talked about tonight, and found myself ready to laugh at watching them, but they also moved me, too.. Such an amazing dynamic..

I really want to see more of this friendship. Like really! I could babble forever, but I have to mention the two scenes that just.. I KNEW we had to see more of them..

That final scene.. When he lists all of those labels, and he mentioned just Haley. That was huge for me. Because it means he sees her, and gets her. That's what Haley has mentioned wanting to be able to do, and wanting people to see her as.. Just Haley. The fact that he does. LOVE.

Also.. The scene talking about the baby.. OMFG. Were they trying to kill me.. When he said, " The kid gonna rock this place... Because his mom got his back, and if she don't.. I do." Umm, that was that. We must have more of them. The.end.

Let me quit the ramble, but... LOL.

Awww Krys, I heart these two. Thanks so much for this! See, I always wanted to see one of Haley's brother's on the show but who needs that when we have Skills?! Seriously, I loved it and they owned the whole episode. I always wanted to see more of Haley and her interacting with the RC guys since I always thougth they went way back to when they were kids and hence they should know each other pretty well, even if we never see it.

Skills saying he'd be there to look after the baby, awww what a cute guy! JUst too adorable and so genuine and sincere. I heart it. It's been so long since we have even seen Skills and Haley in the same scene so I really hope it doesn't end here. Hey, he should be appointed godfather! LOL He'd do a great job and it shows he cares for Haley and the baby a great deal and that makes my heart swell!

Seeing their characters on another level is great and going in more deep and seeing below the surface....I think we really needed that. They definitely pulled off being awesome friends and genuinely caring about each other and listeningt o each other. GAH! Why have we not seen this before? LOL I'm seriously going to call him Haley's big brother now. LOL! I could definitely see that.

And Krys, going back to 316, WORD. I LOVE that scene where Skills says: "If she says it's him, it's him." He trusts her and he has her back. Loves it.

A Haley/Skills thread! They were so much love. Everything was perfect. Now thats the kind of relationship I want to see. Can Haley run away with skills and raise Baby H-James.

Thank you so much for this thread. I loved their scenes together. They are fun, they are having fun, unlike a lot of the other drama that goes around in OTH.

Love them! I love that they finally acknowledged the Rivercourt guys and Haley did grow up together. These guys are Haley's pals, and they'd have her back in a second. Love, love, love!

I was wonder when i would see this. hehe they were tres cute tonight. loved them. but friends only. i would love to see them hang out more. i'd rather see haley and skills then lucas

TL has caps! Aww I flove their friendship. I wish they would have shown it erlier but regardless, I love the whole protecting brother vibe I get from SKills. It's great to see Haley getting to talk to someone, to really get to talk and pour her heart out to an old friend. We rarely see any chance from Haley to be able to really tell us her point of view, thoughts and fears.
