No, we never knew why. Some said it could be because of money but she was still wearing different outfits so IDK. I mean if it was because of money Michelle would have wear the same clothes more than once instead of different clothes being pink
 The beginning was the worse but by the end it got better.__________________

I've been rewatching Danny/Michelle scenes for the last week. Obsessed with them again...they have so much chemistry. The scenes where she finds out he had sex with Drew and she ends up drunk at a bar and Danny having to get her out of there is hysterical and heart breaking all at once. Joy is such a talented actress.
