Galeotti & Aniello are a new composing team with the distinct honor of presenting the first-ever Live Theatrical Workshop of a new musical based on Nicholas Sparks' "The Notebook". This is a preliminary step toward an eventual opening in New York .

I'm pretty sure she does, I have a friend who met her on Monday and she was wearing the same shirt so I'd say she'll have it on in the show

Galeotti & Aniello are a new composing team with the distinct honor of presenting a new musical test based on the beloved Nicholas Sparks novel "The Notebook". This work-in-progress was presented with great success in Wilmington, North Carolina during October 2009 and was designed to be used as a creative critique for the authors before it moves into a traditional workshop setting at an Equity level. Music for The Notebook ranges from American Wartime Standard and Swing to Bluegrass and Gospel. We extend our sincerest thanks to everyone involved. We will take a short break for the holidays and will post updates as the project progresses. Best, Bethany Joy Galeotti & Ron Aniello

I'm so, so, so, so glad that the test was greatly successful for them. I really am. I just... Yay for Joy and the rest of The Notebook Musical Team! One step in the process complete, next step is a go. I love this. I wish them nothing but further success in their next steps, and I can't wait for their updates on their progress as things move forward. Gah.
