Afternoon-Pick-Me-Up

I was feeling a bit "blah" this afternoon... running online errands, watching tv and basically lounging around. I felt that little voice inside of me say "Workout! Make yourself a salad!"
"No!" I replied, but finally I gave in and thought I'd share a recipe for a healthy afternoon pick-me-up that you may enjoy...

I started with a 20 minute Yoga video followed by a 10 minute upper-body burn (both courtesy of my new favorite workout hub, ExerciseTV). Then I went into the kitchen and threw together a delicious salad with greens from our local CSA (find local agriculture in YOUR community at www.localharvest.com).

Hee, this was great thread idea. Thanks for starting it, samantha. I love the inspiration and was amused when the camera panned in Nathan's POV.

I love all the pictures from the EW photoshoot as well. Joy looked amazing even if she was the only one.
