That scene was funny.

I miss Haley/Karen. Very disappointed with their lack of scenes during Karen's last appearances.

I also longed to see Haley/Whitey-especially after Nathan made it to the NBA. I would've have loved for Whitey to tell Haley she was a big reason for it. I tend to think the show forgets just how much she played a role in Nathan getting to where he wanted to be, the acknowledgement would've been great. Oh well, there is always fic world.

I would love to see this scene, but at least we all know that Whitey willing to say that to her even he knew that she's willing do anything for Nathan to make his dream happen because of her.. I love the scene in S4 when he visit to see her and asked her if that she really want it for Nathan..

Me too! H/W stuff has always been kind of amazing. I think he saw firsthand just how much Haley sacrificed. He even understood it b/c Camilla did the same thing for him.

Aww. that's the closest thing we'll ever get to Whitey/Jamie.

That makes me sad there weren't more NH flashbacks s5.I always imagined Jamie called Whitey grandpa being as though Whitey spent majority of NHL's college years with them. Jamie had no clue about Dan so Whitey was perfect to fill that role.

Okay, so after this episode, how much are we loving David? Anyone else? This guy needs to stick around. No, really. LOL.

He fits in so well with the rest of the Scott crew. It's just... seamless. His moment at RBR with Haley was golden, his scene with Nathan hit the perfect note, too. Not to mention Jamie's mentions of him, as well his scene with Jamie when he went to NH's house looking for Quinn? ZOMG. Yeah, David is such an amazing match with them. I really do wish/hope they'll keep dude around on recurring. I'd love to see more of him with NHJ. Period.

For once I actually want a guest star to stick around LOL ((and Miranda too). You hear that Mark? LOL. If you can find something for Chase, Mouth, Millie ect …you can find a way to keep David too. But because I want it, this means he won’t LOL.

I find David so believable and honest. Something about him. His scenes with everyone on the show have been enjoyable.

I really am liking what I've seen of David so far, too, guys. He really has seemed to be such a seamless fit.

I don't think it helps that Haley and Nathan both seem to like him so much, and have kind of made comments in support of or defending him. Like, when Nathan was telling Clay that he really liked David, he was a good guy, so back off... Or Haley's convo with David when you can tell she felt so bad for the guy. Gah. Aww, and how happy Jamie was to see him! And, the story Jamie told about when he went to go visit them... Plus, I think the Scott/David has had instant chem with the cast.

Yeah, I can't help it, I like the dude. I'd gladly take more of David, and more of him with NHJ, at that. LOL.

I wouldn't swap him for Quinn but I'd like see him stick around. He seems like a good guy and I hope we get some more background history on him and Quinn. And like you said K, the Scotts really seem to like him and I loved how even Jamie was all 'Uncle David!' So it's obvious that they have a history of being close and just being a family. I love it!

David! Ah, I thought he was lovely. The actor has such a friendly chemistry with Joy that it gave the David/Haley scenes we got a real sense of familiarity, and I really enjoyed them. It really felt as though he was part of the family.

Aw, Whitey. I really hoped that we'd maybe get a NHJ + Whitey scene in the last episode of season 6. Grandpa Whitey. <3
