I gotta love Clay for being like, "I am single, but he's not." as he was looking out for Haley. Yes he was looking out for Nathan, but Haley as well. Made me smile to see him so overprotective like that.

I loved Clay sticking up for Nathan and his family this past episode. Hopefully we'll get to see more of that as the storyline progresses! Not that I'm overly excited to see what might come out, but to see Clay stick by the family, I'm sure we'll get some great scenes out of that.

The three of them already share a great dynamic. I loved the scene with Nathan, Haley and Clay together on the steps in front of the Scott house. Just showed how comfortable they were around each other and you can tell they are great friends. I am hoping for some information on how their relationships developed and it almost seems like Clay is now Nathan's best friend, Haley's "brother" while also being a sort of uncle to Jamie. I adore it and I think they did a great job when they picked out Rob for the part!

Isn't there an animation or two of the Haley/Clay scene floating around? I think I saw one, and now I forget. If any of you guys see or have one, will you post it for us! Love them.

LMFAO. Word to your whole post, and... This. So much this. I absolutely love Clay and the way that Rob is bringing the role to life, and.... The way the N and H dynamic is being built with Clay. Clay seems to just... love and care about this family so much. Clay getting Jerry Rice for Jamie's birthday? I mean, wow.

I adore how comfortable they all are with each other, and how they can tease each other, and be honest, and just... Not only is Clay being written well, and I buy that he cares about Hales (and N and J), Rob has chemistry with the cast, too. So much win.

Clay cracked me up with the gorgeous scene. And, Haley cracked me up when she sat by Nathan, and then leaned all over Nate to make her point to Clay that her sister was married. LMFAO. That is just... That played like they were all so close, such family. Love Haley and Clay so much so far, and love the OTP3. So much comfort, chemistry, and realness in the scenes.

Yay for Monday almost being here. Since we didn't get scenes last week, I have no doubt we'll get some this week. They wouldn't shaft us two weeks in a row. That would be SO wrong. LMFAO. But, for reals, I can't wait to see any and all Haley and Clay scenes in the face of this looming scandal. I'm sure they'll rock material like this.

Me too. I loved their scenes in 7.01, it gave a great insight into their dynamic. But I don't see Haley being all happy about the party so I'm curious to see if she will have words with Clay.

What with us having fierce Haley this season? LOL. Can there be any doubt? I'd be shocked if she bit her tongue. LOL.

Whatever the case... I can't wait to see how Haley and Clay deal and cope with this, as close friends themselves, and as people who love Nathan, too.

Whatever occurs, I'm super looking forward to Rob and Joy getting good material to play throughout this story. Can't wait to see more of all angles of the Haley/Clay dynamic.

Definitely! With Clay being as close as he already seem to be to the whole family, I cannot wait to see how it all plays out. I imagine that he will have a big role in the drama that Nathan and Haley now have to deal with and I hope the writers see it as an opportunity to introduce more of Haley and Clay's story as well and shed more light over it. I am sure Haley, Nathan and Clay have gone through a whole lot already and they probably both feel very close to him as well so I hope we see some communication between Haley and Clay while trying to deal with this mess.
