Haley/Joy was the best thing about this episode by far. I'm generally not a filler-episode/all boys vs girls scenes fan, but Joy definitely made this one stand out with her killer comedic energy and timing. I really enjoyed the BHQ scenes and the BH Oiuja board scene was great as well. It was nice to see them just having fun vs dealing with issues. In my book, this was the best BH since S3.

Thanks for the animations, Becky! LMFAO Becky that last animation. Joy kills me. her hands up in the air with one show on laying across the counter. Oyy. Quinn looks so excited that she got her sister high too.

I hate to say this and actually feared it, but I cannot say eight for eight. But I can't even say seven for eight. This episode was kinda just there for me. And at parts disappointing… in typical OTH-style, it had a lot of missed opportunities.

The thing I was most scared for was that Haley was going to be played by Quinn/Brooke. But I guess that was put to rest once Brooke had some of the brownies, too. She's a good friend for that. But I do have to say I was a little mad that Quinn/Taylor played Haley all those years and didn't tell her what she was eating. Even if they did consider it to be "for her own good", as to not be so stressed out in school. My sister is too stressed over school, but I wouldn't feed her pot brownies. And I know that Quinn/Taylor are a lot more out there than I am… but still, it's just not acceptable. And then when Quinn did have any… are you kidding? Quinn's just becoming less and less likable by the episode. And that's a REAL shame considering how excited I was for her character.

The Baley was great… and I didn't feel like Haley was too much of a prop. Though I did get annoyed that they talked about the Brooke issues and not Haley issues. Like Brooke said earlier, Haley has been through a lot. How about a "Are you okay now?"… you know, instead of getting her high. Speaking of high, I love that Haley was talking about unionizing the Lollipop Guild… haha… when Haley's high, she begins talking politics. Just shows you how much of a tutorgirl she really is =). Which reminds me, I was surprised Haley didn't know that what Zelda said was bunny-rabbit without googling it. You know, considering I'm sure that came up sometime during bio class. (*shrug*) I only find Brooke tolerable when she's with Haley… it's weird

. But I think they should've concentrated more on them than on the other things… like Dan/Rachel or Clay/Sara/Quinn (though I do love Clay/Sara… I loved their backstory, I'm not loving so much them now because it's just Sara being a Clay/Quinn cheerleader).

The beginning Clay/Sara scene… I was just like

ARE YOU KIDDING?! Haley and Nathan don't get those kinds of scenes! Brooke/Julian do and now Clay with his ghost wife? UGH!

Quinn's the right person? Really? How about Nathan/Haley, who have been there for him for the past 14 months? I refuse to believe they didn't care and didn't ask him about his past life. Because the Scotts aren’t the type to not care. And why exactly is Quinn the one? I didn't see anything spectacular about Quinn/Clay. I don't even see them being there for each other, either. Please please don't make them get together. (*sigh*) Why must OTH go the predictable route?

That Nathan/Julian convo about the STD wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Mostly because Nathan said he was drunk and doesn't remember it

. I bet the B/N fans are denying as usual

I did think it was cute when Julian said "that was my first fist bump ever"

. "Don't overthink it"

. That part was great. And it was nice that Julian helped Jamie out… but I don't think that he needed to intervene when Nathan told Jamie it was his turn. It's not like Nathan would have forced him to go. And it's not like he wouldn't be able to detect the fear of his son.

Oh, and I adored the fact that Nathan is the "superman" dad…

, too true. I liked that Julian knew what to say when it came to storytelling. I'm a movie person so I thought he was cool when it came to that

How lame was it that Mouth said his favorite sports movie was Coach Carter?

. Schwahn propping ain't cool. Especially considering Antwon played in that movie.

I think it was kinda irresponsible to let Jamie wander the woods alone. I know they knew that the ghost wasn't really there… but still… there could've been something there. The boy's only seven, after all.
I loved the "This is a true story that happened to me. There once was a girl… and her name was NANNY CARRIE"

Oh jeez.

On a Naley note... I was disappointed that we didn't get any mention on NH+rain

I think Joy's performance of the high was great… but again, not enough focus on the BH. OH! I loved the delivery of "These leftovers are amazing! I'm such a great cook!!"

I'm sad that I was disappointed with this episode because I really wanted to love all episodes this season. But what can I say? You win some, you lose some.

On a bright note… next week sounds promising

. I hope that Haley is the focus of things, and not just singing in the background.

It's 8 for 8 for me, mostly because I loved seeing high!Haley and Joy played it to perfection. The BH scenes were great, but I too wish they had been longer.

I was starting to worry about Quinn, but I enjoyed her this episode. That laugh and how she run up to grab the phone from Haley was

I really felt HQ's chemistry in this ep and that Quinn was Haley's older sis, the Taylor reference was awesome too. I realised the reason I wasn't warming up to Quinn as much as I wanted too before was because it was always the same old dialogue and the teary eyed stare, so it was good to get something different with her in the BHQ scenes.

I also adore that we keep getting Tay references, but I would also love some of Vivian and the brothers too.

Jess, I, too, like Quinn when it comes to her scenes with Haley. I love me some HQ. But somethings about her character just annoy me. I don't like her scenes with Clay and some things she does are questionable. Though I just got why she didn't have the brownies (while rewatching I realized she said she didn't have any because she had to look after "you two rookies"... though I doubt Brooke is a rookie considering what a partygirl she was in high school

). If they show Quinn as more of a sister to Haley (which is the reason most of us were so excited for her character) rather than her as the broken-wife/friend to Clay then a lot of people would like her a hell of a lot more.

Well it definitely wasn't my favourite episode ever, I didn't mind this week's episode and I thought it was pretty good especially for a filler episode.

I loved loved seeing high!Haley. All her facial expressions and her lines were really hilarious. Her eating all the left overs and crawling across the counter with only one shoe had me rolling.

I also really loved the BH stuff this episode. I go so back and forth on that friendship sometimes but I felt like it was written really well this episode and they were really funny together.

It was a cute, fun, humour filled filler episode that wasn't all that bad.
