I think I might be the only one, but the episode didn't completely blow me away. I love though, how we finally got the opportunity to see Haley's POV for once.

ETA: Joy is a sexy goddess.

No, Sammie, I agree with you. I mean, I floved all of the NH stuff and was so happy we finally got to see them really talk through things and tell each other things they had been thinking for awhile. And while I wish there would have been more, I can understand why they made the month long jump.

But everything else, I wasn't too interested. I laughed so hard because during one of the Peyton scenes my roommate just yelled, "Get over yourself!" LOL. Her commentary always makes the episodes more enjoyable.

And yeah, Joie looked freaking sexy. But what else is new?

I have just watched the NH scenes and it was almost foreign.

I have so much to say, really. However, no time, lol! I adored watching their scenes unfold, which is rare these days, because they do not hold much. I think that Joy and James have a sizzling chemistry and for so long that has spoken higher volumes than the dialogue, but in this episode they were both given a voice, as individuals and as the couple they are.

The last scene with NH was probably my favourite of this episode. Haley sitting by the piano, clean washed, stillness etched upon her features as she allow herself to feel the beauty of toying with the piano keys and Nathan tossing the ball up and down feeling the rush of having something in his hands, holding something that he loves... Moreover, they were both in the same room, they did not need to say words to tell what the other was thinking, the presence, those in a room together, spoke for them and it showed how they still have hope left. They are in it together; they will aim for their goals together.

I just hope that I won’t be proved wrong, because for the first time in a long time I actually look forward to the upcoming episodes.
