At least Michael's confirmed on his Twitter that Ben/John are back this week. So there should be no more Benless episodes this season.

Can't wait for shirtless Ben on the 21st. Wonder if it's going to be the sex scene Ben mentioned in that Just Jared interview or something else.

On the "What the Keck" page of TV Guide for May 11 - 17 has a blurb called "Southland Scoop." It's accompanied by a picture of Officer Ben and reads:

If you've become a fan of Southland, as I have, tune into the May 21 season finale, which ends with a cliff-hanger involving Dewey (C. Thomas Howell) and his out-of-control drinking. Lupe Ontiveros (who played Carlos' mom on Desperate Housewives) guest stars as a ferocious gang-lord mama, and Officer Sal (Michael McGradyZ) searches for his missing teen-age daughter. And if that's not enough Ben McKenzie has his first post-O.C. shirtless scene!

ETA: For anyone wondering, the picture is not shirtless. Officer Ben is in uniform, gun drawn. Also, he's featured in the summary of the May 14 episode ("taking a personal interest in a spree of home invasions by jewelry thieves in Bel Air when a friend becomes a victim" so as long as he's in this week's show, we know we won't have another Ben-less episode this season.
