Another good episode.
I loved how Ryan seems to be fitting in more and more with the family this year. He was so much more an active part of Chrismakkuh than last year (which makes sense - he was, with good reason, hesitant about the holidays last year). The scene where Ryan and Kirsten are bringing the tree in while Seth "supervises" and then collapse on the couch exhausted was so cute. And I totally, completely, absolutely loved how it was Ryan who managed to talk Kirsten out of the closet. I've felt that in many ways, Ryan is more like Kirsten, and that once they got past their initial uncertainty with each other that they would have such a deep relationship. And it's happened. __________________

I'm not sure. I know that we aren't getting any new episodes for a while, but I don't know if they're showing repeats in the meantime. Hmm.......

Awww how cute was this epsiode. It was great with the Ryan/Lindsey bonding. Seth nearly gave up on Chrismukkah but thankfully Summer was there with her Chrismukkah miracle. It was great to see Ryan more involved with the holidays.
The Yarmuclaus was a classic, and Seth's expression when Ryan showed it and his reply to it Guess Lindsey really is becoming a Cohen. . Still kind of weird that Ryan is dating Seth's aunt. Ryan was great in this eppy. He was really emotive in a Ryan sort of way. He helped Lindsey and the way he managed to get Kirsten to come out of the closet it was like he was the parent and she was the kid. __________________

I love seeing family moments between any of the Cohens, but quality Ryan/Kirsten moments are rare things, and that was wonderful to see Ryan be the one to get through to Kirsten and get her to come out.
I was so proud of Seth when he went to give Lindsay her Chrismakkuh stocking, welcoming her to the family and a "life of paralyzing insecurity and self-doubt". __________________

Wow - I had this thread subscribed from a long time ago, and just followed it over here again out of curiosity. Long time since I've seen or really thought about this episode (I don't have the S2 DVDs yet), but all this talk about how close Ryan and Kirsten were in this episode, and how similar they are, really makes me anxious to see how things develop between them when the new season starts, given how things ended last season.
Well, less than a week to find out. __________________
