I think it was also good that the show wasn't always Ryan centric. So the viewers never got tired of him.

They actually took time with other characters and let them shine with their own story lines and what not.

If you ask a whole bunch of different fans of the show who they thought the main character is i bet you'd get a tonne of different answers.

Agreed. I think that everyone had their favourite, making it about one character only, as much as you love them, is never a good idea.... But Ryan scenes were still my favourite

I agree with that, it started with Ryan but it wasn't just about him, there were others that were just as important as him. I love that, my favorite is Summer but Ryan was awesome and I loved him.
