I can't choose just one in any season, but I'll give my favorites.

For Season 1, my favorite episodes are:
"The Countdown."
"The Rivals" and "The Truth" (last two episodes with Oliver)
"The Proposal" (the one where Seth and Summer fix up Marissa's room as a surprise, while sweet Ryan is the most supportive and best boyfriend he could be and poor Luke gets in a car accident

)
And I love "The Strip" where Ryan's a bad ass and beats the trucker hat guy in poker.

In Season 2, my favorite episodes are "The Distance" and "The Rainy Day Women."

Season 3, my favorite are:
"The Aftermath"-- (I still cry sometimes when Ryan waves bye to Trey... pathetic I know!)
"Anger Management" --I just LOVED Ben's acting in that episode!
"The Chrismukkah Bar-Mitzvahkkah" --I hated the Johnny storyline, but the rest was really sweet.
And "The Man of the Year"--Where Ryan beat up Volchok and had to deal with the consequences... once again, I think Ben got a chance to show those amazing acting skills in that one.

In Season 4, my favorites are:
"The Cold Turkey"
"The Chrismukk-huh?"
and "The Night Moves"--the one where Seth donates his blood to Ryan.
And I love the finale too! *Sniff Sniff*

The OC truly was my favorite show, and I don't think any show will ever replace it for me.
