Dude, that DOES sound scary! Especially when you were all alone when it happened.

There was bad flooding in Atlanta from the rain storms, and our property is damaged.

47 roads were closed in the county where my mom lives alone because they are completely submerged in water.

Hey everyone, Thank you for the new thread.
Theresa - I hope your okay after having all that damage from the crazy hurricanes!. That totally sucks so much having natural disasters ruin all your property!.

As for me, I am sick with a cold.
And it's like +30 outside today and it's coming towards the end of september!.
How sad that I get sick just as we keep getting amazing weather!.

Hope you feel better from your cold. I rarely get colds anymore, but I've been sick too so I relate. I get frequent headaches... many are migraines. I lose my appetite too so it can't be good for my health.

Thanks for all the love and concern regarding my home girls!

I'm fine... my family is just financially in the pits, and the repair for the damage is more than we can handle right now. We're literally struggling to make ends meat, and it doesn't help when so many roads are blocked off and you can't even go where you need to go.

It's just a little one right now and I hope it doesn't get worse.
I rarely get sick either but once the season comes that is well known for getting sick all the time, Then I can get hit by the bug! It sucks. And that's not good, You should eat! Even though you lost your appetite but still.

I know I should eat. I eat a little... just not much. I feel worse when I eat more.

And please go watch that first video I posted in the Ryan thread. I'm still in shock from it... it's literally the first fan made OC video that has actually made me cry REAL tears, and I don't even like Marissa so that's saying something! And I've seen the vid twice now, and I cried BOTH times! Everything in the vid was perfect! ...the music ("Hallelujah" instrumental), the words of the letter, the scenes emphasized, etc. When the letter said, "And most importantly, LOVE AGAIN," and showed the scene with him kissing Taylor, that's when I start bawling... actually I get teary eyed by the part where it says "Laugh again," and that "Love again," part just sets me off. If Marissa REALLY wrote that beautiful letter to Ryan, I would forgive her for all the crap she put him through! Poor Ry.

TC – sorry to hear about the damages you had from the floods. Was it on a house you owned? Because if it’s a rental, the owner should pay for the damages.

It was a house we owned and were trying to sell.
