NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I found out an hour ago!!!! I loved Michael Jackson!!!! King of pop!!!! I was in shock when I heard. I actually shed some tears.

And Farrah Fawcett died too? Well, she was dying of cancer, but that's sad too.

Man today sucks. I just found out that a friend of mine died. He was only 24.

Yeah, my friend had a brain aneurysm. He was one of the sweetest, most compassionate guys I'd ever met and he even helped me get a job last year. It's so sad. I cried a lot yesterday.

I was sorry to read about Michael Jackson, I have to admit that while I thought he was a good artiest I also thought that as a person, he often made questionable decisions in his life. But we're all humans we all make mistakes and the only difference is that we don’t have cameras watching us 24/7 like he had. I feel very sad for his family and especially his children; it's horrible to lose a parent in their age.

Now here are my comments on MJ:

His story was a very sad one. I think he was a terrific person. He was misunderstood and judged wrongly. He had a horrible childhood and was badly abused by his father. In fact he was deprived of a childhood and it emotionally and psychologically affected him for the rest of his life. People saw him as being weird or crazy and childish, when they failed to realize that all he yearned for was to feel loved. Since he felt deprived of it in his own life, he channeled 100% of his effort into being the best musician and entertainer he could so that he could give his fans something special. He LOVED his fans and did everything he did to make them happy while leaving an incredible mark that changed the music industry forever. Today there are very few pop artists who won't admit that it was Michael Jackson that had the hugest influence on them and inspired them to do what they do. He changed pop culture forever and his talent was incredible (and man could he dance!) Nevertheless, he was very lonely and sadly the press continued to say negative things about him and judge him. He helped children; he didn't molest them. He was a good guy who sadly needed a therapist or emotional and psychological help but never got it.

Here's a very touching video a fan made to a song that Michael wrote straight from his heart (I cried the first time I saw this). Michael has stated that this song meant the world to him because it was his way of expressing the pain that he suffered in his childhood (and continued to for the rest of his life) and was like an autobiographical song for him. It's like he was reaching out for help and still people judged him.

He was inspirational to many (including me) and his legacy will never be forgotten. He touched billions of fans across the world. Long live the King of Pop! He may be dead in the earthly sense, but his music, passion, and legacy will live in the hearts of his many fans forever.
