Benjamin McKenzie - HELP needed for info on Benjamin

HI there

IM currently doing my masters in marketing and the psychology behind it. My final year paper is on how celebrities are marketed and I'm just wondering if u guys could tell me why you were attracted to Benjamin McKenzie specifically and if you feel that you know him through the way he is portrayed in the media.

Additionally I am also looking at the way male celebrities are portrayed in the media and have collected most of the articles he has been in however wondering if anyone has a scan of the article for ELLE magazine called The Ben Commandments as I can't really find it anywhere.

I have also arranged to have interviews with his publicist and Mr Mckenzie himself so I will be sure to pass on how helpful his fans have been

If it helps My name is Marina and I'm 22 years old. I'm doing my Masters in Scotland where my grandparents live. I'm orginally from california and Im half greek half Scottish. I hope to come back to America in a year though to start a career in marketing ( Scotland is definately too wet and cold for my liking) WHen I'm not studying though I like to either do some sport, paint or cook big feasts for all my friends. Im also quite active in my student theatre group and with student politics. I also have an outrageous shopping habit but guys the British shops are just soooooooo good!

Personally I couldn't believe that I got away with this topic for my Masters but It seems that i struck gold...I mean can anyone actually think of a better way to spend their time than studying the O.C.??? I know I sounded so snotty on my first post but trying very hard to remain professional lol! I recently met with my tutor though and he reprimanded me for stating that my subject title was HOT! whoops! I'm totally psyched though to be meeting the man himself this summer ( all in the name of research ofcourse), how the hell am i meant to remain calm?? I have visions of me totally hyperventalating

Anyway thanks for whatever help you guys can give me and keep up the appreciation. Someone this hot really truly needs worshipped! Afterall I'm greek its in my blood to worship a God

Marina, I already answer this on ben_support but I'm gonna post this again in here, maybe this will encourage others to post too

What attracted me to Ben at first was his character on the oc, I was always a sucker for the "poor, wounded, brooding, tortured" type. I also really liked the fact that the character is really strong both mentally in fiscally (un-like Seth, who I find totally unattractive).
Than there was his physical appearance, I find Ben to be an extremely attractive man, I love the way his body is build. He is muscular but no too muscular (like the guy who played Marissa's love interest in the second season, I think his name was D.J), I love his big blue eyes, and the blond hair.
In time, when I got more into the show, and became more invested in it, I started reading up on Ben and stated to really get to know the man behind the character, and I often found people describing Ben as being really nice and intelligent. Knowing that he is likable and a really smart guy off set too, was important for me to hear and probably made me feel more attractive to him.

I kind of do feel like I know him some times. Like if I read a rumor about him, I can totally see my self saying "that doesn’t/does sound like Ben", though there were times when I was surprise about something he did.
