^I think these couple first episode will be focused on Sherman maybe then John´s life be focused on

Yes, in that sort of situation you can't take the time to be nice. It could have been a life or death situation, and Ben didn't read it properly. John knows that Ben is good on the technical stuff but needs to develop more of an instinct.
