I have to say, parenting with the kids in mind first, that makes me like them more. That takes a lot of patience, and lots of work, and I'm glad they're doing that. I think everyone will be okay, and not be too put out by it. I got a new thread started, and a link for it in the other thread. It's pouring rain. My cat came meowing to me to let me know-cause my window was cracked open. HAHA! You already posted. Thanks! It was an easy title to come up with, being the truth. __________________

Yeah, it’s best and good that they both are still trying to do family things for the kids. And my brother hasn’t been neglecting seeing them, he still has regular times he comes over to visit them and he’s been taking them a lot during the spring break this week.
It’s raining here today too! I’m watching Bones right now cause I’m only starting season 9 out of 12... it feels like this show will never end even tho it’s ended already And speaking of food, I still haven’t had any dinner yet. Not really sure what to have. I did bring out a can of chicken and rice soup though. My cat is much more happier now that he’s home again not clingy cause I’m always in the same room with him during the day. __________________

That's good. I still don't like what he did, and him leaving them, but it's good he spends time with them. I guess it's just really complicated.
It was pretty nice all day, but it's going to rain all night, and all day tomorrow. Luckily it will be nice when I have to go out Saturday. Completely sunny. I have trouble getting through shows with 2 seasons. I'm impressed you've made it that far. I think I'm going to get a microwave and a toaster when I'm out Saturday. Then I can warm up sandwiches, and food I've bought from fast food places (cause I always get 2 meals worth), and I can cook my ramen noodles in there. I hope you find something good to eat, even if it's not soup. WOW-you're eating late. I'm glad your kitty is home, and content again. __________________

I already rewound two “Bones” Aspie moments in this one episode that I laughed at for thinking she acted how I would or have!
They have a real psycho killer that they have to deal with over a few seasons which is rather interesting for me. Well, now that my co-worker might give me a toaster for Christmas, I don’t think I can get one now. That would be a good idea for you. I keep thinking just with a toaster I could expand things to eat, like eggs and toast and chilli on toast! Woah, the psycho killer just walked into her work place and set off a timer on a grenade to talk to her. Wonder how they will take this guy down. I never cooked ramen noodles in the microwave before. My cat is now acting hyperactive! __________________

You're definitely more patient than me when it comes to story lines. I don't have the patience for stories that continue over a lot of episodes, or a season, even though they always have other stories going on, too.
I definitely need a toaster. I love cheese toast. Hm, maybe I should get a toaster oven. I can heat up everything in there, and I can always cook other stuff in the kitchen for dinner. I think it's great she asked what you wanted, and is that thoughtful. I'm having my hot chips and sour cream. Shocking, I know. I have to make sure I don't wake up hungry. I just finished talking to my cousin for the day. (Jeannie) We talk several times a day on FB messenger. Usually it's me going to bed before her. __________________

That sounds nice you are close to your cousin, Kim! It’s nice to have chat company in the evenings!
It’s 8 pm and still haven’t eaten. I keep thinking of a toaster oven too. It’s a good idea. You would be able to cook or bake things.i used to have one when I lived in a basement suite without a stove (like now again ) But I don’t have it now... and I don’t know where I’d plug one in in my place so a circuit doesn’t go out. Oh they actually killed the killer in this episode, about time I love cheese toast but wth tuna in the middle... a tuna melt __________________

She's really the only person in my family I have, so I'm glad we connected. We'd only met once, when I was a kid.
Get on that eating Girl! Not having a circuit is definitely hurting you. I'm lucky we got all our electricity redone shortly after we moved here. I am addicted to tuna melts too, and OOH! I could make that in a toaster oven. Okay, that's definitely what I'm going for! Much cheaper than a microwave, too. I'm glad they killed the killer. I'm watching Beat Bobby Flay. As usual for Thursday night. __________________

Yeah, I’m warching Young Sheldon and drying my luxury towels since I can’t use the microwave at the same time I watch tv. After it’s done, I’ll eat something more substantial but for now it’s two cheese sticks
Toaster ovens are cheaper than a microwave? There are toaster convection ovens where you can cook other small things. Or are you just looking for a tiny toaster only type oven? __________________

I love cheese sticks! You have to turn off your TV to use the microwave? How did you figure all of that out-what not to use with what, and what will cause the circuit to blow? That would fry my brain.
Much cheaper. Well, depending on which you buy. I'm willing to spend more on a toaster oven than a microwave. There are pretty inexpensive microwaves, but I don't know enough about them to figure out what I need. A toaster oven-that will toast everything you put in there. They're pretty basic. I don't know what convection is. I was just setting to record Trading Spaces, and another decorating show on TLC. I absolutely can't wait. They have all of the original people coming back. A lot of them had shows on HGTV. Edited-I realize I've probably already said that about the TLC shows, but I'm not sure, so I'm leaving it. __________________

Haha, Young Sheldon actually made me laugh legit cause they had Jason Alexander (George from Seinfeld) playing “Annie” at the end. it looks so funny. I rewound it two times.
A convection oven is like a smaller real oven that can cook meat too! I think maybe when summer starts and I still have my job in the fall, I’ll probably expand my cable to include the channels I used to have including HGTV cause I don’t think I can be off two months with such limited stuff to watch when I’m bored. The new shows sound good to me too! The way my room works is, the fridge and microwave both can work at same time, but I can’t add a third big electric thing at the same time those two things are on. So I have to turn off my tv or computer if I want to microwave or after 3 minutes, the circuit will break! I learned through trial and error ETA, I think I might drive to McDonalds and get a meal __________________

I'm glad you laughed and liked it so much.
Ah, thanks for explaining. I definitely don't need a convection one. I would hate to be without my HGTV, and I think you'd go mad with just the limited channels you have. Definitely worth having. Thanks for telling me that. I had trouble figuring out what you were going through. Okay, enjoy your meal when you get home, and I'll see you tomorrow. ETA where are you? 3am and I'm still awake. Sleep eludes me. Guess I'll be sleeping in in the morning. __________________

Wow, you were up super late!
I had a Big Mac and fries and watched some streaming tv til bed where I read some fanfic. I feel a bit sad but that's a problem of me being awake late when it's dark. __________________

Well I hope your family get together isn't too awkward, Leanne. I was superanxious about being on test, I did find it easier to learn to drive at 21/22 than it was at 17/18 though.
My leg is a little stiff this morning, but overall better than it has been even just half a week ago, so that seems a success! Thanks for the new thread, Kim. You're really getting the hang of those links! It's great you have someone in your family to turn to. I'm quickly trying to do the laundry this morning. I didn't factor in it being Good Friday today! __________________
