This is a real tough one for me, but I'm going to go with Colony/Endgame.

Although it's very close I'd have to go with Luther Lee Boggs as I loved the episode and really like the actor,Brad Dourif. He was also great in the Two Towers playing another creepy character Better season opener - Pilot or Redux?
