English accent. Especially when you hear it a bit in her role as Scully. It's a nice contrast to Mulder's voice and it's stylish when she talks about silence.

Agent Pendrell would be good for Scully, he would almost be as caring toward her wellbeing as Mulder and also was able to get to the bottom of things working with her.
