Ok, this place doesn't seem to have heat either!! Its cold and I have short sleeves on! Wonder why these schools don't have heat I can control! Good thing I go to my other school later which is warm enough!

I'm wearing my new black jeans, so comfy My only beef is they weren't in boot cut, but straight leg!! But straight leg is better than skinny!!!

I have never watched that Jane the Virgin show! The title sounds kind of dumb, sort of like the title "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" put me off of watching cause it sounded dumb with her name being "Buffy" Does that sound like a weird aspie logic again??

It is a dumb title it has to be said. Like 'How I Met Your Mother', except it's a lot better! Although I think 'Ugly Betty' is the worst title I can think of.

I'm not sure many people can wear skinny cut and look good.

Hey girls

Sorry i disappeared, Jon came over tonight. I made a simple dinner for us, chicken strips and chips for him and wings and coleslaw for myself, with fruit for dessert. Then we chatted in bed as I needed to vent about work! It helped as he is neutral and always encourages me to get things off my chest.

Yeah Leanne I believe my head just wanted to avoid confrontation but I was merely looking for backup.

Hi Theresa, dinner sounds good! I wish I had an oven to cook or bake things in! I can only microwave and I got a new "instant pot" pressure cooker but haven't used it yet! Nice that you have someone to vent to in RL about your job. Your job sounds stressful, reminds me of working in prison (the grown up versions of the kids you probably work with!)

I am going to try and cook more but having a oven is very handy, probably more so than a microwave so I feel for you! It is stressful but I do feel I am making good strides with some of my pupils so that helps and, without sounding braggy, i know I am doing a great job.

Thanks Claire! I think its more about how you tackle the problems, I try to keep a level head. However I have found it tricky at times, I will regroup after the weekend I am sure, Jon is taking me out to dinner.

I totally get that. I've done it many times as a mother and I'm only dealing with two kids at a time!

Keeping a level head is very important. I am very impressed as I say.

And thank you it is hard, there are constant challenges, and you're always second-guessing yourself. But I have two lovely well behaved, loving kids, so I must be doing something right.

Yeah, other than the nurse coming to remove the last staple this afternoon I'm taking it easy.

Your kids sound great, plus, you're very fair, and smart, and all those things tell me you're a great parent. It's awesome they're such good kids, and you're definitely doing something right.

I just went back to sleep, for the 3rd time and got back up.

I'm doing well. I'm catching up on Grimm as I can watch the final season, it's just come out on Netflix. I've just washed some windows and made the bed too.

You clearly need the sleep especially as you're waking up in the night.

I hope the staple removal goes well. It'll be nice to be rid of it.

They are great kids. It's nice at this stage when it's not too difficult. Dealing more with exam stress and that kind of thing rather than conflict.
