Sounds like it may be a cool little romantic comedy of sorts.
I did not know they were doing Cars 2 (to tell you the truth not sure I'm happy about that). Newt sounds cute though and Bear and the Bow sounds very different from what they usually do, so can't wait to see that.

Watching Dexter & Californication did a lot to cheer me up after watching the Dodgers play miserably . The new Dexter is my favorite episode from the past couple of seasons. Seeing him have his epiphany was pretty great (can't believe it but I teared up a bit), and the ending was .

Kelly and Hestia

Hiya! How is everyone? I've not been on here for about two weeks (that's such a long time for me )

Kelly, how is your daughter doing? Have you been getting anymore sleep?

We have a new addition to our family... a wee kitten called Pixie!

She's from a farm cat, we think she's a tortoiseshell, and think she's a she, but we're taking her to the vet this week to find out for sure and get her shots organised. She's about 10 weeks old and is an absolute nutter.

I've not been up to much at all, have gotten addicted to ER and bought the first two series really cheap out of HMV, so I can't wait to payday to buy some more!

Saw Up yesterday and thought it was great. Very funny and sweet with some beautiful animation. I loved Doug. Point! Point! Squirrel! Point!

I also really liked the short film before it, Partly Cloudy. I thought it was very funny and cute. I always love their little short films, I think my favourite was probably Presto with the magician and the rabbit.

You can actually watch Partly Cloudy on youtube

YouTube - Partly Cloudy

Cindy - after you asked for favourite Pixar films I made my definitive favourites list

1. Toy Story 2 2. Wall-e 3. Toy Story 4. Finding Nemo 5. Monsters Inc 6.Ratatouille 7. Bug's Life 8. Incredibles 9. Cars

I'll wait and see how Up holds up on repeat viewings before giving it a spot but I think it might go into 6th

Yeah Eli is certainly my favourite character as well. I like Robert Carlyle's character in that he is an interesting character but not necessarily a nice character

That's a shame. Why weren't you able to see it?

ER is great, especially the first few seasons.

Great list. You kinda can't go wrong with any of the top 6, they're all pretty great movies.

Ooof, I;ve missed a bit here lol....

Someone asked what the favourite Disney/Pixar film was.... Mine is definitely Finding Nemo ... Tis closely followed by Wall-E, but they've all been pretty fantastic

What else errrm... last night I went to see my favourite band - Lostprophets incase u needed reminding lol - for the 11th time in total (3rd time this yr)... my god, they blew my mind ... Cannot f-ing wait for their new album in January, gonna be bloody brilliant... Got a couple new songs last night played off the album, and its definitely shaping up to be something spesh ^__________^ , I know I sound like a saddo, but these guys mean the world to me, and I honestly dont think id be sat where I am today if not for them , love them sooo much!!

TV -- Dexter... last weeks epi, what a shock ending!!
Spoiler:
I really liked Lundy, and loved him and Debs being together bk in S2, and now looks like he's dead , gutted! I kinda knew she'd want another piece of Lundy when he first showed back up, lol was only a matter of time, I mean obvs she shouldnt have cheated on Anton, but it was inevitable to me!!

NCIS: loved this weeks episode
Spoiler:
Halloween epi!!! ... and a good'un at that!!

Ziva now an official NCIS agent , been a long time coming heh

Loved all the "Probie" talk, Tony's certaintly having fun with thatt , and when she tried to defend herself being called it, and Gibbs walked out and moreorless put her in her place , awwww.. made me chuckle

Good to have Palmer back and on form.. Was it just my eyes or did I see him attempt to get a kiss from Gibbs after he had kissed Abby?!... I know Gibbs just gave him a smack on the head, but Im sure Palmer lean in as if to say "me nxt"... Not that I blame him, who wouldnt want a kiss from Gibbs!!?!?!?

Thanks again for info of RP being in the next epi... Canny wait

Last weekend I saw Zombieland... very good!! Very funny and just the right amount of gore and scares and such (doesnt take much to scare me mind) ... Good shizznit!! ^_______^ Oh and a great cameo performance by Bill Murray XD

NCIS:: Los Angeles -- was alright this week... Had hoped for more of Abby, thought she might have flown out to LA rather than staying in her lab :dunno:, ah well, least she was on it I spose XD

Think thats it for now

Spoiler:
He did leaned in for a kiss. It was hilarious, Loved that he got first headslap from Gibbs. I remember Ducky once complaining about Palmer and Gibbs to told him to do what he does, smack him. Ducky says he has done it and Palmer likes it He must have really loved a from Gibbs then

Has anyone here seen Paranormal Activity? I saw it today and I just don't get what the fuss is about. I didn't find it scary at all (I actually thought it was kinda funny in parts but still extremely boring). Also the acting was so horrid that I'd rank it as the 2nd worst acted movie I have ever seen behind Epic Movie.

Heather is fantastic! We had some professional family photo's done yesterday and the poor little thing was so exhausted that she fell asleep during her feed and didn't ev** fuss wh** I put her to bed. And shes sleeping through the night now which is great. You'll never appreciate a sleep in as much as wh** you can't have one anymore

Just time and finances. Wh** you're not working and you have a newborn $15 is just a bit much to sp**d on a movie. Especially wh** I have the box office channel on my cable and wh** it come out to DVD I'll get to see it for free. I just have to wait is all

Thanks Hestia I know I'm biased but she is such a little cutie

Well, I've just gott** over a case of the flu. Mild flu, but still. And it's all because of that damn swine flu!! Every year is Australia, if you want one you can get a flu vaccination. I never get one because everyone I know that does gets sick afterwards. This year they released a govt. funded vaccine just for Swine Flu and because of Heather, my husband and I both got it. So of course, you know who th** gets crook for a week Figures.

What's ev** more annoying is that I'm now back at work part-time 3 days a week. Get this, the woman I trained to fill in while I was gone decided that she was being "smothered" and didn't have **ough authority so she decided to quit. It didn't matter that we explained to her that she would only have a junoir role as my junoir would be steeping up to do my job while I was gone. We drilled it into her before she accepted and she was all "That's ok, I only want a small job, blah blah blah" Bitch So now they've had to yank someone from production, they got a crash course in a week and because I'm a nice person (too damn nice sometimes) I agreed to come back in the mornings to help her before the other QA starts. NOT HAPPY!!!

Hey, are there any other mum's or dad's here?

Edit: I almost forgot, guess what Damian bought for my early birthday pres**t? Adobe Photoshop!!!

You know her picture with her fist up always reminds of Scully in Triangle. Showing her fist and asking if he wanted to see the stars on the American flag

BTW I hope on becoming a regular again some time in mid-November.
Work is drowning me at the moment, but I will have less classes in 2-3 weeks... hopefully until january... so that should make posting a little easier.

And I really enjoyed NCIS and Dexter so far though I usually fall asleep while watching from pure exhaustion
