Every time I think I have allergies, it ends up being a cold! I feel soooo blah today, I has to stay home from work. My poor cat was concerned this morning too, he was meowing in the bathroom while I was ill.

So I am useless today, although I did manage to clean up some more.

Kia, last night I had roasted carrots, potatoes, Brussels sprouts and chicken. It was quite delicious. Then we snacked on this chocolate covered caramel covered pretzels.

I am going to go to work tomorrow, I can’t believe I’ve got sick again the second week back to work. My attendance record this year is sucking!

Claire, I’m sure she is getting treatment again or she wouldn’t be gone for these many days. the background of all your shows might start all looking similar! Hahaha!

Oh boy, I woke up it’s 2 am and I can tell it’s gonna be one of those cough chest viruses that cause me to cough and feel like my chest is heavy and will hurt my throat. The type that might keep me home for a week. I always get this yearly and can’t tell if it’s pnemomia or what. it’s just gonna be painful and heavy chest feeling to come!

The problem is I can’t take just any cold medication with my new medication. I might have to drag myself to the pharmacy and ask what can I take that won’t mix badly with what I’m taking?

I have a humidifier in my bedroom going and it’s 2 am. Have to try to go back to sleep.

I’ve just been sleeping like a champ, so far! I do have a doctor appointment on Friday, too bad I have to go a few days like this, but I could get that blood test paper then! It does seem I’ve gotten sick twice in two months

I’ve only seen the pilot episode of Sex Ed so far,

I might go out just to get some chicken noodle soup. I need broth for my chest congestion.

It's just so dark in the mornings now, although at least the evenings are getting better.

We all went running today. I did much better than last week.

I managed to get out looking like death probably got two soups, they only had one chicken soup so I had to also get chicken coconut Thai cause it has some spice in it. Then I got some medicine that I read is ok to take with my new med and got some ramen soup so I’m about to have that now and my humidifier is going.

It’s starting to get lighter in the evening now, getting dark around 5 instead of 4 pm.

Your family likes running or you all doing a New Years resolution together to run?

I hope so too, Kia. I’m taking one final day off tomorrow just to gauge my energy levels and cough severity. I think I headed it off from being worse cause of a lot of sleeping, using a humidifier and having ramen broth.

I really wanted a goal for this year to not miss work and after one week, I’ve already taken 3 days off.

I don't do New Year resolutions, Leanne. This is just me, my husband and my friend getting back into running again. It was very busy though, there was loads of other people out running, something I call 'the January effect'.

The government suffered the worst defeat in history yesterday over the Brexit deal. I have no idea what the ramifications will be now. They only have three days to come up with an alternative.

Well, it’s a good thing I stayed home cause it took a while for me to figure out that I was wearing my shirt inside out guess I’m still out of it a bit
