Leanne, I'm sorry I got you thinking serious thoughts before bed. Believe me, I know it's major anxiety to take care of things...but once you start each project, you'll feel better about that project. Yes, I know I'm being a hypocrite.

Claire has an awesome suggestion-reward yourself for each thing you do, one step at a time.

Claire, you have a crazy busy day! will be you tonight. If you do a run on top of all of that, I'm going to be even more impressed with you.

Stewie, hey! I hope you're doing well.

So, is running fast this morning. I got up at 7am, after tossing and turning most of the night. Anyway, my clock is set an hour ahead, so I'm about to make my call.

And, just want to use this smilie, cause it's fun

Well, I sure passed out all night, even though I'm still waking up before the kids who sleep in later than me! I just get so fatigued at this time. Hopefully it will pass soon.

Well, really it's no surprise I choke at thinking of tasks In front of me when I have no idea how to start. still don't want to talk about it first thing when I wake up either. But I know, Claire, I'm fairly confident about getting things done in my job though. It's the thing I'm most familiar with. Thanks for the confidence boast, you guys

Wow, good luck in your busy day, Claire! Hats off to you, one thing after the other, superwoman

Kim, did you make the call? Hope it goes well for you. hope no chest pain today and also contact the doctor or he contacts you!

pillow fight! at first, I thought they were hitting each other with milk bottles

Hi Kim. Yes crazily busy. Not sure if I'll have time for a run, the website says it ends at 7pm, but the information I've been sent says 8pm. Their information is unreliable at best!

My husband is coming home today after two days in Wales.

It was good it wasn't too hot today, better for the sports day. I wasn't too late getting there despite leaving the library 10 mins later than I wanted to.

Thanks Kim. It's a strategy I use myself.

I hope the call goes well, Kim.

JINX Leanne! Do the research first, as a librarian, that should be easy enough. And then work out what steps are needed, and then do one a time. If you break down tasks into bits, they are easier to face.

^ what Claire said, Leanne. Research. They might have websites that are for things like that there. Here just about everything is available online, including getting the process started.

Claire, definitely unreliable information available. I hate not knowing stuff like that. At any rate, I hope you get a chance to get your run in.

Leanne, yep, pillow fight. I think it's one of the cutest smilies ever. Will you be napping today? Yep, I was always so confident at work, and could, and would, handle anything that came up. I was always helping out with what was above my job description. Otherwise though, it takes a lot to get me moving.

I made my call. And rather than wait on hold for 25 minutes estimated, they have the option to have them call back instead. Anyway, the man I spoke to told me it wouldn't be held against me, since I had no control over the records getting here. He told me exactly what to put in the envelope. Unfortunately, I had to put 6 stamps on it. That is a LOT.

They were really surprised, both the last person I talked to, and this one, that Mission controls and owns both hospitals, and my Dr's office. I wish they didn't, cause I don't like the way they run my Dr's office, but, it is what it is.

I'm going to try to nap soon.

Okay, another random smilie, just cause I feel like paying with them today Hula hooping. It makes me remember being a kid with one.

Do kids even hula hoop anymore? Toys that make you exercise aren't really seen much lately, even things like roller skates.

I don't think I'll nap. I haven't succeeded a daytime nap since the kids came, I think!

I guess I can at least look into stuff online, I'm still going to see the doctor and give her a chance to refer me or do something other than ignore everything I brought up last time, its all been a waiting game with her, waiting til next time and tasks that are like "walking, looking up classes, etc"

Oooh, glad your husband is coming home, Claire! I think if I had a husband who traveled a bit for work, I'd kind of like it cause I'd have some time alone at home and then also when he'd be around like a balance of needs for me.

I'm gonna try to rest more before the kids wake up which could be any time, really,

They hula hoop at schools on sports days, but not other than that. I was rubbish at it anyway. I love roller skating though.

Yes start by looking stuff up, Leanne. Learn your rights and what procedures there are.

Yes it's nice to get time alone sometimes.

If I can't run we'll go tomorrow instead, so it's not too bad.

I'm glad they're being understanding, Kim.

I need to eat now, I need to head off again in half an hour.

OMG Leanne, I LIVED in roller skates. I had one pair for outdoors, and one pair for the skating rink. I lived at the roller rink on weekends, and some weeknights.

You don't have to wait. That's your choice. It's got nothing to do with her-you're the one who is responsible for getting someone to be a good Dr. Not hers, and not anybody else's. All your responsibility. No one is going to do it for you, and waiting on her is kind of saying you don't matter to you. Your choice.

Claire, I forgot to mention on your husband getting home. Good that you can run when you want to, and you feel like it. It takes the pressure off.

All 3 of my ex-fiances, and my ex-step dad were in the Navy, so they'd be gone at like 6 months at a time. Longer when my one fiance and step-dad were stationed for the Gulf War. Being a loner, it made my life much easier. I broke up with all 3 of them after they'd been home for a while, cause it got on my nerves having to compromise, and deal with them.

Okay, I had a little snack, so, I'm going to try a nap.

ETA-triggering comment ahead, so enter at your own risk.

Just got back from the meeting. It was 45 minutes in the end. It's a nice cool evening so we're running in half an hour. I'm glad I went in the end.

Yes you need to take the plunge and do something now Leanne or you'll put it off every single time.

I'm sorry you're so angry, Kim.

Glad you could go out for a run, Claire and that the meeting was short after all. What a day you had!

Sorry, you’re governments corrupt, Kim! . If it survives this, then eventually some new president will try to make it catch up again with the rest of the modern world!

I never roller skated much. I was and am not that coordinated. I couldn’t figure out tying shoe laces or riding a bike til I was 7. I did jump rope, but not those fancy versions of it where you jump in and out if double ropes!

I somehow managed to sleep again this morning despite the kids being awake above me. That how bad it is when BC doesn’t seem to work! I only woke up when the kids started playing indoor racing games. They all went out for the afternoon now so it’s quiet!

My son still has problems with laces. He's a bit dyspraxic as well as dyslexic.

The run didn't go too well for me, I had to keep stopping. Better than doing nothing I suppose.

I'm hoping for a quieter day tomorrow.

Nearly my bedtime!

What’s dyspraxia?

Aww, but you did go out and try it anyway! Still exercise!

Better than what I do, sit on my butt all day except for driving somewhere

I hope you get a quiet day too after this one and also sleep well!

My eyes are having trouble not being blurry today which makes no sense sinc I had full sleep and had coffee too!

I’m just watching the Simpsons right Now! It’s kind of raining and stopping and raining. Hope the kids aren’t out getting too wet!

Dyspraxia is when you have trouble learning to do physical things. All these conditions are caused by the same thing so they often overlap.

Yes it was a lot of exercise. Why don't you go cycling? It could really improve your mood.

I didn't sleep too well. I was having scary dreams about bears and aliens.

A quieter day today, just need to get my daughter to and from her performance tonight.

Have you seen the performance already, Claire?

Yeah, I keep thinking of biking, it's ready, I just have to take it out of the garage and go around the neighbourhood, but I'm only limited to my little neighbourhood cause I can't fit my bike in my car to take anywhere and it's too nerve wracking to drive on the street right beside real cars. I wish I lived in a flat area so I wouldn't have to go up too many hills, my bike is sort of the type to take to a beach path or something, it's a leisure riding bike, not a sports bike.

I had a dream about the X-Files with Mulder and Scully in it

I had a good sleep too.

No Leanne, I'm going to see it tomorrow night. I just have to go and collect her from school later on.

That sounds a better dream than what I had.

I've had a quiet day today. It's not so hot too, which is nice.

Sorry to hear your run didn't go well, Claire. Is the weather weird where you are as well? It's very humid and headachy here.

Leanne, I am somewhat lost on the changing doctors discussion... is something wrong with yours?

Kim, I'm so with you on being angry about the new judge
