 I'm surprised Google didn't turn anything up. That was going to be my advice to you.  But maybe you could look up the number for the company, if there's a recent one, and see if they have any information on it. I also hope someone else here knows a bit more.  The poster looks really great. I am afraid I haven't seen it before and have no information on where to find out more about it either. Maybe one of the other posters has an idea.
