Pretty much I think, I used to post a lot on the Smallville board when I first joined, but I would always stop by to talk about X-Files as well
The revival probably helped with bringing a lot of new fans to the show, it’s always a bit of a strange feeling when I’ve been following someone for their X-Files content and not really thinking about how old they are, then I discover that they’re still a teenager __________________

There are still old school TXF fans out there too but I don't think they're on social media as much as the Gen Z fans.
Had it not been for quarantine I probably would've never came here. I needed a show to watch and this was one of the only ones that seemed worth it on Hulu. Then I needed a place to discuss all my feelings. |

There are a few fellow oldies on Twitter still, but it definitely seems like the younger Gillian fans are the biggest group at the moment who are talking about the show. I saw a teenager complaining about what CC did with M/S in the classic series in such an indignant way, and I must admit to thinking to myself what do you even know about any of that

I would honestly hate to discuss the show with any of them because I feel like we aren't watching the same show. Aww thanks. I was just glad the board was still open! |
