It’s so subtle but they do look at each other in an admiring way when the other isn’t aware. I’m not sure it was directed that way either!

I think most fans see Mulder as falling in love first because he’s the first to declare his love in Triangle, but yeah I agree that it was definitely Scully who had a crush on Mulder from the beginning
