I’ve read reviews and summaries of it, and it doesn’t sound like it’s what the fans were expecting
 It’s interesting that CC mentions of that clip that seeing M/S together like that is one of my favourite parts of the movie, and yet he had Mulder and Scully working separately for most of it  __________________

It’s kind of weird cause they focused on Scully being a medical doctor with that kid.

Yeah it seems like a no brainier that what fans were looking for was a case that M/S would be working on together, that was the most crucial thing to include for any X-Files movie, and CC even managed to screw that up

(Makes you wonder if CC is a romantic or what? Has he ever been married? He’s so not into chemistry or relationships. Well, I guess when he created M&S he was thinking more about the X-Files and Mulder and Scully were the investigators. But then he cast two people who ooze chemistry

And he could have skipped having any obvious relationship stuff in the movie if he really isn’t into making them romantic, but what puzzles me is that he didn’t even have Mulder and Scully investigate together in it for some reason
Instead he gives Scully a completely separate plot with a sick kid, even though he must have known that audiences were really hyped about seeing Mulder and Scully looking into the paranormal as a partnership  __________________

Yeah that was the oddest decision to have an X-Files movie with M&S separate like that!
And that was a mean teaser but not as bad as the bee sting! __________________

The bee was frustrating as well
 ,but at least it made sense when CC was still trying to play will they/won’t they at that time, but I don’t know why they couldn’t have had a nice kiss scene in season 11 like they did in seasons 8 and 9 They had already slept together anyway in the hotel earlier in the season, so it wasn’t like we didn’t know that they were together __________________

 Weren't they broken up from living together from the second movie onward? __________________

They were broken up in season 10
 It’s in season 11 when they have a night together in the motel__________________
