There was that look Mulder gave Scully about the pizza boy in season 8. But other than those 3, I'd have to really use my brain to remember. Was he just mad at the agent that almost got Scully killed by Tooms or jealous that Scully thought he was a friend.. I think the episode was "Squeeze".

Mhmm...yes it's strange with Mulder and being jealous...For him the other man doesn't seem to be important, more the reason, that she might leave. Like in the end of Never Again, their talk in the office.
With the pizze boy it's similar. He isn't jealous of the pizzaboy. That's nonesense. The pizza boy is a symbol. He said to Scully that he feels like he doesn't fit anymore. But he wants to fit. He sees Scully's pregnant belly and he hopes that he caused it. But he had been month away. Scully doesn't talk with him about it. How can he be sure? And if he's the father, is he part of a family now or not. He uses the pizza boy in order to start a communication about that.
And well...in My Struggle 2 it's simply 'You betrayed me because you left me'.

I would love to see him jealous as hell once...but maybe he just doesn't dare for he thinks that he has no right to keep her in that lonely, dangerous life?

I think Mulder was always worried or felt guilty that he sometimes had Scully in that world, especially after her abduction, cancer and ova stolen, he knew it was because of his quest, she went through so much awful things. I think it was always in the back of his mind about whether she should stay because of him or leave for her own benefit. Yeah, I think he was more often struggling with overprotection more than jealousy.

Yes you are right. I also think that Mulder is torn inside. On the one hand he has selfish needs, he needs her for the X files and he wants to share his life and bed with her. But on the other hand he loves her too much; he has too much to lose.
It is like the story of the Bible with the two mothers fighting over a child. Only one of the mothers is the true mother, but they want to have the child both. God says to both of them that he would divide the child into two pieces, so that each may have a part of the child. But one of the women rejects that. She wants to see the child happy and would rather give it up than to see it suffer. Then God knew who the real mother is: The woman who loves so much that she would give up the child because of this love. And with Mulder it is similar. He feels very guilty and although he blames her for leaving their house he secretly thinks that maybe it would be better for him to let go. To give her the chance to start a normal life in safety surrounded by a good husband who cares for her the way he can’t.

Oh it’s so sad. If only Scully would know about his feelings…
