The first time I watched, I never cared about any possible romance between M & S, it was all about the case stories and their dry witty banter together but during my re-watch this year, I most definitely noticed the chemistry more and enjoyed and wanted their relationship to grow. So I became, surprisingly, a "shipper" after all.

The first time I wasn't a hardcore shipper because a) I thought it was obvious they were going to end up together and b) I missed a lot of episodes because in my home country the station that aired it stopped and I could only rent the VCR's that were hard to come by. It was only on 2001 that I managed to have cable that included Fox so I missed a lot of the details. Now that I saw it all I can appreciate the growth and the little details and made me feel in love with both of them and the show all over again.
The only drawback is that my son's name is also William (My hubby picked it up and I totally forgot that their son had the same name) so now the revival hits me on the feels too much

Dominican Republic. I did managed to watch both movies so it was mostly the series that I missed.
