I think I love the Mulder and Scully relationship even more now then I did during the original run. Their best friend relationship that grows into true love is something anyone would want for themselves. And even after they officially decide to breakup, they still remain friends and care, there isn't animosity between them.

Really, aside from "My Struggle" addressing their break-up, it was hard to remember that they weren't supposed to still be a couple in the other episodes
