Should the hugs in Home Again count as separate hugs or should they be under the same number?

There are some episodes that have a question mark behind the episode, if anyone wants to verify. Am I missing anything else?? Did I make any errors?

Terma is 4x09, Paper Hearts comes after that two-parter and is 4x10 And I *think* that we might be missing a hug from season 8, but I'm not sure?

And I agree that the Home Again hugs should be counted separately

If we choose to do then we must include every bed hug.
That's why I asked if hug means two arms around a body.

I searched for S8 hugs but didn't find one. We saw Mulder only half of the season and Scully was very pregnant then. Anybody remember a pregnant hug?
