I really want to rewatch season 8 for just the M/S moments now It’s the season that I’ve only watched once because of no Mulder with Scully, but there’s actually still some amazing M/S in there that I haven’t watched nearly enough

There was definitely some incredible MSR and even when he wasn't there, I loved seeing how Scully handled his absence.

Perhaps we shouldn’t get into that again , all I will again say is that he didn’t seem that bad to me

I liked too that they didn’t try and bring in a carbon copy of Mulder, that it was someone a bit different who brought out a different side of Scully too when she has to be the believer for once and try to convince someone else to open their mind up

I agree. I'm glad Doggett didn't come in to replace Mulder. I also like how Scully was more of a believer. It's like she was carrying on his legacy.

I loved that, it’s part of why I have a soft spot for the Badlaa episode as it really gets into how hard it is for Scully to try and see the way that Mulder does, and she’s trying so hard to respect his legacy

OH MY GOD don't get me started on that episode!!! That's when she has trouble shooting the boy and she knew Mulder would have seen what he did. I WANNA DIE.
