I don't know about a list, but here is an MSR-centric episode guide.

I think there's something similar where they rate the episodes shippiness, but I can't find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Ok, I asked this question at the Couples board but got no answer, so maybe one of you here can help me Why did they change what Scully says in the final scene of Memento Mori?? I found this video on YouTube with all the kisses, including the cut ones, and right before the MM kiss she said "But there's one thing I'm most certain of. That for as long as I'm able, I need to be with you, searching for the truth"
But that line isn't in the actual scene, not in my DVD anyway, she just says she has things to finish and to prove to her family and herself for her own reasons. Why did they change it? I know why they cut the kiss, but why change what she said?

Maybe for the same reasons that they cut the kiss, that is was to 'shippy' for that point in the show. Probably mainly because CC likes to torment the hell out of us

I too, love the title!

I'm sure the line and the kiss were cut to prolong the tension...and torture us. If the kiss happened then, I'm sure other moments later wouldn't have been as special or perhaps not even happened.
