Love Dexter. The premise is so fresh and the character so unique and everything about the show is done really well. It's also rare that as a tv show it eclipses the books imo. I can't wait for the third season. After the X-Files finished I hardly watched tv anymore but just in the last couple of years I have been getting back into it. There are a lot of high quality shows out there at the moment.

I agree with you about Dexter

. I was watching the reruns of S2 yesterday and was kind of floored by how good it was, especially Michael C. Hall. I thought he was great in Six Feet Under but on Dexter he's beyond words great.

I remember when I first showed up on the board it was you and Cordy (Ice Queen Follower), then it was the two of us, then it was me and CherryPixie and then myself and Neel for the last while now

To be honest I don't remember anyone else but Cordy. I'm pretty sure she was a mod for quite a while before I joined her. I can't remember if I replaced someone or if a new position was made available - I have a shocking memory. I was just looking back at some of the really old threads (there were posts going back to 2002) and saw a lot of familiar names. I just can't remember if any of them were mods.

I don't think I was posting here a whole lot longer before you started. I originally came to Fan Forum around early 2000 for coughDawson'sCreekcough (what was I thinking

) I first posted (well lurked) about The X-Files at Haven (2001) I don't think I started posting in this board till 2002. Though I'm pretty sure The X-Files board here has been at Fan Forum since it's inception. I wouldn't be surprised if there were former mods still around on Fan Forum.

Hey guys!

I'm new on this board! though it'd step by to say 'hi' and introduce myself.

I'm Mafi (aka) and I'm from Brazil. I'm 20 yrs old and only recently i've become an X-Files fan. My mother was a huge fan when the show was on so I thought it'd be a nice idea to take her to the movies to watch "I Want To Believe", and that was it. I was hooked! Now i own all 9 seasons on dvd and I'm currently watching the 4th Season. I'm watching one at a time and chronologically, cause i don't wanna spoil it :-p
