I still think one could've waited with such an announcement until the brand-new season has aired. Sigh.

Yeah, it would have been nicer to not know that while watching this season cause I'm anticipating some kind of "closure" for Scully that I will NOT agree with!! But I'm pretty sure CC isn't a jerk enough to kill off Mulder or Scully!

It is how it is. I can understand that everyone is grieving now but remember...
We waited two years for this season. We speculated and created theories, we made funny picture-deleting-games, we reminded us of former seasons and exchanged pics and now the season is there and it feels as if someone had died. We were looking forward to this and there are eight episodes still ahead! Two years ago we didn't know weather there would be a season 12, we were glad there would be a season 11 and we nearly lost even that. I can understand that everyone is disapointed but this show is icon and will always be alive. I'm sure CC. won't kill someone off. We waited so long, we should enjoy this.  |

Yeah the bright side about Gillian being direct is she won’t play around and tease the X-Files fans.
 Timing could have waited though so I’m not having this wondering anticipation for how they close on Scully (and Mulder)__________________

What I’d have been concerned about would have been if there was a mama bear cause that bear was rather young and small looking! __________________
