I totally understand her not wanting to ruin her hair by doing such a drastic colour change but also i don't blame ver for hating having to wear a wig. I also prefer her mid-series hair, it has nice flow and bounce to it without screaming 90s like the early seasons :lol:

I first thought too that the wig looks longer and redder. But light can very much manipulate. In season 10 it generally looked strawberry blonde, but in the last scene of Babylon it was redder in the evening light. And in the flashbacks with William, didn't they use a camera filter there? I can understand why she wears a wig. It's so hard to colour red hair back in blonde and it really can damage your hair.

I remember Gillian saying that she had originally planned to dye it, but I think she was warned that it might start falling out or something if she dyed it too much, and she would have had to dye it blonde again for The Fall?

Yeah, she needed the blonde for Stella and red for Scully and that would have been way too much on her hair to take.

Not to forget, she was Bedelia before, also coloured blonde.

Scully hair is also on Gillian's mind apparently, I'm so not surprised she retweeted that photo-edit :lmao: :lol:
