I am partial to the scene of her teasing him with her rice dreamscicle, while they compete with famous sayings. They were so causal, Scully smiling so much and saying “you rebel!”.

That was a great moment, and of course there’s also the kiss and declaration of love from Triangle

But I’m going to have to give the boring answer and say that the baseball scene is my favourite M/S scene overall from season 6
