Those are the "after" caps. Mulder is lying in his bead sleeping, what it looks like, naked, and Scully is getting dressed in his bathroom. Then she goes home. This is how the episode begins.
And this is how it ends...   Somewhere in between Mulder and Scully have sex. __________________

Indeed they did
I just watched (from that site, THANK YOU!) the clips from the Pilot. I love how Scully removes her robe and Mulder is looking at her kinda shell shocked. And that look when he's in the FBI interrogation room and she's outside with the two other men is INTENSE. I wonder what happened that there was a look like that. Anybody remember? __________________
