Steph, the recipe is essentially this:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Powder chocolate (I used Nesquick)
- Butter

Set the oven on low, put a tablespoon of butter in the pan, the condensed milk and 5-7 tablespoons of the chocolate powder (I usually know how many just checking the color of the mix, it's brown but not too dark), mix mix mix until your arm feels sore The key is to keep mixing, slowly but consistent and when you notice that the mix is not sticking to the bottom/sides of the pan anymore, you can turn it off. Wait for it to cool off, spread some butter in your hands so the chocolate won't stick too much on them and start making the little balls of chocolate You can eat it off the pan too, I love when it's warm <333


You know, someone who has never seen me in the kitchen might actually read this and think 'oh, this girl can cook' but this couldn't be further from the truth I'm a disaster in the kitchen but brigadeiro is one of the few things that I can actually make.

And I know what you mean, but trust me, when I cook dinner for my fam and the kitchen was the big mess plus I was so tired of did everything.. I don't know how someone can do this.. I feel like I need to hire someone to cook for me..

Trust me, it's not fun since I have to remember some formula for to solve the problem.. Ugh, math and I don't get along at all..

I feel the same, I'm a TERRIBLE cook! It's probably 'cause I get impatient too easily when I'm cooking so I end up screwing things just so I can be done sooner. But yeah, I admire people who can cook, it's such a useful, cool skill to have.

Same here.. Plus I always end up to put some wrong thing in the pot, but yet, I ain't go to start all over again since I just keep going.. Plus I like cooking, but the problem is that it took hours to get it done which I don't like..

I admire people who can cook, seriously. Being a GOOD cook takes talent. Whenever my roomate cooks, I just hug her after I eat because her food is always so delicious
