Yun-Jin

- Born 7 November 1973 in Seoul, South Korea.
- Although born in Korea, she was raised mostly in New York City.
- Speaks fluent Korean and English.

Pre-Crash

Sun was a lonely housewife who learned English in order to leave her husband, Jin. She had an affair with her English teacher, who later committed suicide after Jin attacked him on orders from Sun's father, Mr. Paik. She was planning on leaving Jin at the airport before the crash, but he gave her a white flower and she changed her mind.

On Island

At first Sun seemed like a subservient wife but soon broke out of her shell. She did whatever Jin told her to for a while. She helped grow food for the other outcasts and became a solid part of the group. She soon revealed she'd secretly learned English and began to show a much stronger and darker side to her personality. She left the island without Jin.

Off Island

Sun gave birth to Ji Yeon, the child she conceived with Jin on the island. She now owns half of Paik Industries. Mourning the assumed death of her husband Sun is determined to seek revenge against Ben, whom she holds responsible.
