Yeah, now that I'm thinking about it, I think when EM talks about the "present" and then follows up with "and something else, too," she's refering to the same things, or rather the same timelines, just giving them different names.--not necessarily intentionally.

Hey guys,

I was reading the last page of this thread and wanted to clarify - is EM going to Hawaii to film two more months of Lost soon? Or was the two more months referring to V? Because if she's going to Hawaii for two months - that's awesome!!

It's refer to Lost!

But keep in mind too that she'll be there over the holidays, when shows take a break from filming. So it won't be two solid months of filming.

True but it's still a significant shooting period. Much more than a "ghost cameo" would call for like some have been suggesting.

I've said this before but I'm really hoping they'll make good use of her limited screentime next year. EM is too good of an actor and Juliet too great a character to do just a tiny pointless cameo.

hi meghan! and guys!!!I'm back(after a period of delayed grief)!!!! I think my friend,you have something about Lost season 6 tackling errr... "other present reality"!!! I recently watched the season 1 finale of JJ Abram's show Fringe (which they thoroughly explained what this complicated thing is all about)and it has the similar premise regarding that matter("other present reality")! and knowing that JJ was one of the original creators of Lost and collaborated with darlton a lot before, knowing that Damon Lindelof is one of the main writers of JJ's Star Trek reboot movie series (by the way also tackles about er... "other present realities"), knowing liz mitchell saying in the new jimmy kimmel interview that she's alive in the "present"(we all know that her"present" is a different kind of present!lol!) and knowing on the spoilers on season 6 of Lost --- makes me think at the very least as george's said, that there is more to Juliet's role next season than people expected her to be!

Oh by the way,meghan! Fringe's explanation about it was very similar explanation you made in the lost blond community!

and I also noticed that what brought the "other present reality" in that show has the similar factors that Lost possibly will bring in their show as well(in their Lost kind of way of course)!!!

I agree with you meghan! I hope that Juliet's limited appearances will put in good use(Quality over quantity) and hopefully,there is a very good thing that can lead in to it in the end --- you guys know what I mean!!!!

It is also worth noting that Stephen King's Dark Tower series also features the concept of "alternate realities" rather prominently, and that Carlton, Damon and J.J. have all said that it influenced heavily their original conception of Lost.
