From the ending of tonights show, I get the impression that she and Ben are definitely at odds. Wonder what that's all about.

I loved her. She seems to have a very natural, calming way about her...and I think she and Jack will be good together. The chemistry was THERE with Elizabeth & Foxy...thank goodness!

I think they will...the cast is solid..they really are all very good and I liked the way she felt comfortable...to me I mean, as a new cast member. Nothing to get used to, it's like she belongs there..and she and Jack really did connect right away.

Agreed. Jack really needs a calming influence.

OMG yall I have been waiting and waiting and waiting to start this thread! Im SOOOO happy I could finally do it!

I will work on prettying it up tomorrow as I really need to get to bed,

But Elizabeth was amazing as always and Juliet went far beyond my expectations. She and Matthew definitely have chemistry and I will be looking forward to seeing her storyline and backstory this season.

Yup, i liked her too! I already knew the actress and i was comfortable with her right away in her first scenes.

And i also noticed that she's at odds with Ben (Henry) starting right from the beginning when he passed along a comment to her about "no longer being in the book club." And then later, i watched the look on her face when he basically implied to Jack that he was willing to let him kill her. Then, slamming the door in her face.

Hmmm...i guess these "Others" may not be all they're cracked up to be afterall. It's seems like there is some hidden tension among their own... either that or somewhere along the line Juliet has recently come to see "Ben's" true nature and she's questioning his position on this island? It will be interesting to see if this will eventually lead to a split within the "Others" with Juliet leading one end (perhaps with Jack ) and Ben on the other side. Maybe it will even lead to an eventual divide with the fusies too?

Count me in as someone who already likes the Juliet character and I can recognise the fact that she has chemistry with Matthew Fox, even though I'm a Jater first and foremost. She really looks like Ellen Pompeo but she's a solid addition to the cast now that I have seen what she can do.
