If anyone here has the British channel Sky 1, there is a LOST documentary called "LOST: The Beginning" on today at 3.00pm and at 4.00pm on Sky 1 +1. There will be interviews from some of the cast.

Yes, I will! I'm taping it and I'll watch it later.

To celebrate 10 years since the pilot of LOST, take this TV Guide quiz to see how much you know about the show. I got 24 out of 30.

The Sky 1 documentary was good. It had some background scenes of the filming of the pilot and some of the stars and creators (as they are now) talking about it including Emilie, Evi, Harold, Daniel, Jorge, Damon and Carlton.

Terry O'Quinn tweeted a message to Lost fans.

Digital Spy Greatest Characters of LOST. Obviously I agree with who they have at number one but I would have Locke, Ben, Sayid and Juliet a little bit higher. I would definitely have put Jack above Michael!

Jack Bender will be directing this.

Quote:
Sonar Entertainment will develop Stephen King’s bestselling novel Mr. Mercedes as a limited series for television. David E. Kelley (Boston Legal, Ally McBeal, The Practice) is attached to write the script and Jack Bender (Lost) will direct. Both will also serve as executive producers, as will Temple Hill Entertainment’s Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey and Sonar Entertainment CEO Gene Stein.

Mr. Mercedes, which King describes as his first hard-boiled detective tale, was published by Scribner in June. The story focuses on a psychopathic killer who commits mass murder by driving his Mercedes into a crowd and the recently retired cop who makes it his mission to bring him down. Mr. Mercedes is the first of a projected trilogy. The second novel, Finders Keepers, will be published by Scribner in May of this year.

“This is an amazing opportunity to adapt a script from material penned by one of the world’s most acclaimed and accomplished authors,” said Kelley. “Mr. Mercedes is a great story that will translate beautifully to the screen if I don’t mess it up.”

King is repped by Paradigm. Kelley is repped by CAA. Bender is with UTA.

Lost alum Patrick Fischler has booked recurring roles on ABC drama Once Upon a Time and HBO comedy Silicon Valley.

On Once, Fischler will play a peddler (name used on the breakdowns is Gorin) who comes across as well-intentioned but is actually a quick-witted, arrogant man with reckless impulses. His character will be seen in both worlds — the fantasy one and Storybrooke — and is said to be crucial to the show’s mythology.

On Mike Judge’s Silicon Valley, Fischler plays Professor Bannercheck, a VERYserious academic glowing with self-satisfaction who has relocated himself and family to help the guys at Hooli.
