On a bit of a sidenote, I was watching the season 1 DVDs lately and noticed something. Kate's childhood sweetheart's name is Tom. The groupie of Charlie's in his finale flashback was named Lily.

Tom = rhymes with Dom
Lily = Evi's last name.

Coincidence? Deliberate inside joke on the part of the writers?

No idea, though rumor has it they got together pretty early on in filming. Some rumors say it was during filming of the first couple of eps. They shot The Pilot in March/April and they were photographed together in May at a concert in LA.

Apparently. Though there were rumors amongst certain circles that they were together, they managed to keep it quiet. Until they did the 2005 Golden Globes together. Then the media took notice. You can never get anything by the press.

Yet, despite the attention they get from the paparazzi and the media, Dom and Evi do a wonderful job of keeping everything to themselves. They don't want to share any details for publicity sake. They are protective of their relationship. I think that is one of the reasons why I like them. They aren't allowing themselves to fall into the whole Hollywood Couples craze.

Went searching for some of the videos we lost with the old threads. Found a couple.

Adorable vids of the two in Berlin together last summer. The looks, the smiles, etc. Dom saying Evi is beautiful after she describes what she dislikes about her body.

Cute behind the scenes clip of the cast while shooting The Pilot. Dom and Evi in the make-up trailer together. She calls him "honey" and pets his head.
